Nile is an American death metal band from Greenville, South Carolina, formed in 1993. The current lineup includes guitarist and vocalist Karl Sanders, drummer George Kollias, guitarist and vocalist Brian Kingsland, bassist and vocalist Dan Vadim Von, and guitarist and vocalist Zach Jeter. The band is known for their technical death metal with lyrics inspired by Egyptology and the works of H. P. Lovecraft.
