Noriel Vilela was a Brazilian singer known for his deep baritone voice. He began his career with the group Nilo Amaro e Seus Cantores de Ébano, gaining recognition with the song "Leva Eu Sodade". In 1969, he released his only solo album, "Eis O "Ôme"", featuring tracks like "Só O Ôme" and "Eu Tá Vendo No Copo". In 1971, he recorded a cover of "16 Toneladas", which became his most renowned hit. Vilela passed away in 1975 at the age of 38.
