Om is an American stoner rock band from San Francisco, California, formed in 2003 by former Sleep members Al Cisneros (bass) and Chris Hakius (drums). Their music blends elements of stoner rock, psychedelic rock, and doom metal, drawing inspiration from Tibetan, Byzantine, and Ethiopian chants. Notable albums include "Variations on a Theme" (2005), "Conference of the Birds" (2006), "Pilgrimage" (2007), and "Advaitic Songs" (2012). In 2008, Hakius was replaced by drummer Emil Amos.
