Paul Ngozi, born Paul Dobson Nyirongo in 1949 in Lusaka, was a prominent Zambian musician and leader of the Ngozi Family band. He was a pioneer of the Zamrock genre, which fused traditional African rhythms with rock and funk elements. His most notable albums include "Day Of Judgment" (1976), "Viva Ngozi" (1976), "45,000 Volts" (1977), and "99% Confusion" (1977).
