Peter Criss is an American musician, best known as the co-founder and original drummer of the hard rock band Kiss. He created the "Catman" persona for his performances with Kiss. In 1976, he achieved a hit with the band on "Beth," which reached number 7 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. After leaving Kiss in 1980, he released several solo albums, including "Out of Control" (1980) and "Let Me Rock You" (1982). In 1995, he rejoined Kiss for a reunion tour and contributed to the album "Psycho Circus" (1998). In 2014, he was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of Kiss.
