Peter Walker is an American folk guitarist known for his skillful performances that blend Indian classical and Spanish flamenco music traditions. In the 1960s, he released the albums "Rainy Day Raga" (1966) and "Second Poem to Karmela or, Gypsies Are Important" (1968). During this period, he studied under Ravi Shankar and Ali Akbar Khan. In 2008, he released "Echo of My Soul," reflecting his interest in flamenco. Walker is regarded as a significant figure in American fingerstyle guitar.
