Phil Collins is an English musician known as the drummer and singer for Genesis and as a solo artist. He joined Genesis in 1970 as a drummer and became the lead vocalist in 1975. During his solo career, he released eight studio albums, including "Face Value" (1981) and "No Jacket Required" (1985). His musical style encompasses pop rock, R&B, and art rock. Collins has won eight Grammy Awards, including Album of the Year for "No Jacket Required," and an Academy Award for Best Original Song for "You'll Be in My Heart" from the film Tarzan.
