Phil Robson is a British jazz guitarist, bandleader, and composer, born in Derby, England, in 1970. He studied at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and became a significant figure on the London jazz scene. Robson has led several projects and collaborated with international artists such as Barbra Streisand, Kenny Wheeler, and David Liebman. He co-founded the jazz-rock band Partisans with Julian Siegel. In 2015, he received the Jazz Album of the Year award at the Parliamentary Jazz Awards for the album Swamp with Partisans.
