Plexi was an American gothic noise rock band from Los Angeles, active between 1993 and 1999. The trio consisted of Michael Angelos (vocals, bass), Michael Barragan (guitar), and Norm Block (drums). They released their album "Cheer Up" in 1996 under the Sub Pop label, featuring tracks like "Forest Ranger" and "Peel". Their music blended elements of noise rock, shoegaze, and gothic rock. After the band's dissolution, members continued their musical careers; Barragan and Block collaborated with Mark Lanegan Band and Sweethead.
