Poison Point is the solo project of Paris-based producer and live artist Timothée Gainet, initiated in 2016. The project blends frenetic synthesizers and drum machines with post-punk vocals. He released his debut album on Third Coming Records in 2016, followed by an EP in 2017. In 2018, Arnaud Derochefort joined the project, transforming Poison Point into a duo. That same year, they released the album "Bestiensäule" on the German label Aufnahme + Wiedergabe. After a hiatus, Gainet returned to the solo format, releasing "Poisoned Gloves" in 2022. In 2024, the album "Wandering Echoes" followed. Poison Point has shared the stage with artists such as Drab Majesty, Xeno & Oaklander, and Adult.
