Polaris is an Australian metalcore band from Sydney, formed in 2012. The band consists of vocalist Jamie Hails, guitarist Rick Schneider, bassist and vocalist Jake Steinhauser, and drummer Daniel Furnari. Their debut album, "The Mortal Coil," was released on November 3, 2017, and was nominated for the ARIA Award for Best Hard Rock Album. Their second album, "The Death of Me," was released on February 21, 2020, and also received an ARIA nomination. Their third album, "Fatalism," was released on September 1, 2023.
