Protoje, born Oje Ken Ollivierre, is a Jamaican reggae singer and songwriter. He was born in Saint Elizabeth, Jamaica, to singer Lorna Bennett and former calypso singer Mike Ollivierre. His albums include 'The Seven Year Itch' (2011), 'The 8 Year Affair' (2013), 'Ancient Future' (2015), and 'A Matter of Time' (2018). The 2014 track 'Who Knows' featuring Chronixx achieved international success. In 2018, 'A Matter of Time' was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Reggae Album.
