Rachel Talitman is a Belgian-Israeli harpist born in Tel Aviv. She studied at the Tel Aviv University's Music Academy and later at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels under Susanna Mildonian. She founded the Ensemble Harpeggio and in 2004 established the independent label Harp & Co, focusing on harp music. Her discography spans from baroque to contemporary works, including world premieres.
