RAN is an Indonesian pop band formed in Jakarta in November 2006. The group consists of Rayi Putra Rahardjo (vocals/rap), Astono "Asta" Andoko (guitar), and Anindyo "Nino" Baskoro (vocals). The band's name is derived from the initials of its members. Their music blends elements of jazz, R&B, rock, hip-hop, and funk. They released their debut album, "RAN for Your Life," in 2007, featuring the successful single "Pandangan Pertama." They have since released four more albums. In November 2015, they collaborated with the band Kahitna on the single "Salamku Untuk Kekasihmu Yang Baru."
