Randall Goosby is an American violinist who debuted with the Jacksonville Symphony at age 9. He studied at the Juilliard School under Itzhak Perlman and Catherine Cho. In 2021, he released his debut album "Roots," featuring works by African American composers such as Florence Price and Coleridge-Taylor Perkinson. Goosby has received several awards, including the Avery Fisher Career Grant in 2022. He plays the 1708 Antonio Stradivari "ex-Strauss" violin, generously loaned by the Samsung Foundation of Culture.
