Ricky de Sire, born Eric de Boer, is a Dutch singer and songwriter known as the "King of Dutch-language rock & roll." Since the 1980s, he has regularly released singles and albums in collaboration with various musicians. Despite his unwavering dedication and commitment, he has yet to achieve widespread recognition. In 2019, a documentary titled "De koning van de Nederlandstalige rock & roll" was produced about him, premiering at the International Film Festival Rotterdam.
