Riow Arai is a Japanese musician and producer known for his work in electronic music, techno, and breakbeat genres. Born in Tokyo in 1969, he began his musical career as a teenager. In 1996, he released his debut album "Again" under Frogman Records, blending ambient sounds with elements of techno and dub. His third album, "Mind Edit," released in 1999, gained international recognition and was licensed by the UK label Leaf in 2003. Arai has also collaborated with artists such as Tujiko Noriko and Nongenetic from the group Shadow Huntaz. In 2006, he contributed three tracks to the soundtrack of the anime "Psalms of Planets Eureka seveN." The products available from the artist Riow Arai include CDs.
