Robert Miles, born Roberto Concina, was an Italian DJ and producer renowned for his contributions to electronic music. His 1996 debut album, "Dreamland," featured the hit single "Children," which became an international phenomenon, selling over five million copies. The album also included tracks like "Fable" and "One and One" featuring Maria Nayler. In 1997, he released "23am," which featured vocals by Kathy Sledge. Miles later experimented with various genres on albums such as "Organik" (2001) and "Miles_Gurtu" (2004) with Trilok Gurtu. He passed away from cancer in 2017 at the age of 47.
