Rod Picott is an American singer-songwriter born in New Hampshire and raised in South Berwick, Maine. He began his musical career performing in various local bands before moving to Nashville, Tennessee, where he released his debut album, "Tiger Tom Dixon's Blues," in 2001. His music blends elements of Americana, alternative country, and folk. Throughout his career, he has released 15 albums, including "Stray Dogs" (2002), "Girl From Arkansas" (2004), and "Welding Burns" (2011). He has collaborated with artists such as Slaid Cleaves and Amanda Shires.
