Roger Waters is a British musician and composer, known as the co-founder and bassist of Pink Floyd. After Syd Barrett's departure in 1968, he assumed the role of principal lyricist and conceptual leader of the band. Under his direction, albums such as 'The Dark Side of the Moon' (1973), 'Wish You Were Here' (1975), 'Animals' (1977), 'The Wall' (1979), and 'The Final Cut' (1983) were produced. In 1985, he left Pink Floyd and embarked on a solo career, releasing albums like 'The Pros and Cons of Hitch Hiking' (1984), 'Radio K.A.O.S.' (1987), 'Amused to Death' (1992), and 'Is This the Life We Really Want?' (2017). In 1990, he organized 'The Wall – Live in Berlin' concert with 450,000 attendees.
