Romain Leleu is a French classical trumpeter renowned for his brilliant technique and versatile repertoire, encompassing works from Baroque concertos to contemporary compositions. He studied at the Paris Conservatoire and later at the Hochschule für Musik Karlsruhe. As a soloist, he has performed with leading orchestras worldwide, including the Orchestre National de France and the Stuttgarter Philharmoniker. In 2010, he founded Ensemble Convergences, later known as the Romain Leleu Sextet, with which he reinterpreted classical and popular works. His discography includes albums such as "Move - The Trumpet as Movie Star" and "Face(s) à Face(s)".
