Ross McHenry is an Australian bassist and composer known for his pioneering work in contemporary improvised and chamber music. He has released five solo albums, including "Waves" (2024), "Nothing Remains Unchanged" (2020), and "Child of Somebody" (2016). McHenry has received several awards, such as the 2019 APRA AMCOS Art Music Award for Excellence in Jazz. He has collaborated with notable musicians like Donny McCaslin, Ben Monder, and Eric Harland.
