Sator is a Swedish rock band formed in 1987 in Borlänge. Originally known as Sator Codex, the band changed their name and sound after the departure of original vocalist Björn Clarin. Notable albums include "Slammer!" (1988), "Stock Rocker Nuts!" (1990), and "Headquake" (1992). In 1994, they released "Barbie-Q-Killers Vol. 1", featuring covers of lesser-known punk songs. In 2022, they released the sequel "Return of the Barbie-Q-Killers". The band is known for their energetic approach to rock and punk and remains active in the music scene.
