Scratch Acid was an American post-hardcore/noise rock band from Austin, Texas, formed in 1982. The band released three recordings: their debut EP "Scratch Acid" in 1984, the album "Just Keep Eating" in 1986, and the EP "Berserker" in 1987. Their music was influenced by bands like The Birthday Party and was known for its raw and energetic sound. After disbanding in 1987, members David Yow and David Wm.
