Shack is an English band from Liverpool, formed in 1987 by brothers Michael and John Head. After the dissolution of their previous group, The Pale Fountains, they embarked on a new project that faced several challenges, including the loss of recordings in a studio fire. Despite this, they released several albums, such as "Zilch" (1988), "Waterpistol" (1995), and "H.M.S. Fable" (1999), which received critical acclaim. Their music spans the genres of alternative rock and indie rock. In 2003, they released the album "...Here's Tom with the Weather," which reached number 55 on the UK charts.
