Sharpie Smile is an American duo consisting of Dylan Hadley and Cole Berliner, also known from the project Kamikaze Palm Tree. In 2025, they released their debut album "The Staircase" under the Drag City label. Their music blends elements of electronic and pop, drawing inspiration from artists like SOPHIE and 100 gecs. The album features tracks such as "Bells," "Disappears," and "The Slide." Hadley and Berliner met in 2015 and previously collaborated on two albums within Kamikaze Palm Tree. Their new project marks a departure from their earlier art-rock sound towards a more contemporary pop style.
