Shivaree was an American alternative country band formed in 1997, consisting of vocalist Ambrosia Parsley, keyboardist Danny McGough, and guitarist Duke McVinnie. Their 1999 debut album, "I Oughtta Give You a Shot in the Head for Making Me Live in This Dump," featured the single "Goodnight Moon," which appeared in various films and television series. The band released subsequent albums: "Rough Dreams" (2002), "Who's Got Trouble?" (2005), and "Tainted Love: Mating Calls and Fight Songs" (2007).
