Shok Paris is an American heavy metal band formed in 1982 in Ohio. The original lineup included drummer Bill Sabo, guitarists Eric Marderwald and Ken Erb, vocalist Vic Hix, and bassist Kel Berkshire. They debuted with the album "Go for the Throat" in 1984, followed by "Steel and Starlight" in 1987 and "Concrete Killers" in 1989. Their music is characterized by powerful guitar riffs and melodic vocals. The band disbanded in 1989 but reunited in 2009, releasing the album "Full Metal Jacket" in 2020.
