Sleepytime Trio is an American post-hardcore band formed in 1994 in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Originally consisting of Drew Ringo (guitar), Ben Davis (bass guitar), and Jonathan Fuller (drums), they were joined by Dave Nesmith as a second guitarist in 1995. The band is known for their energetic live performances and emotional sound, blending elements of emo and screamo. Notable recordings include the 1998 album "Memory Minus" and "Live At Black Cat (04/21/1999)" released in 2005. Throughout their career, they collaborated with various bands and influenced the underground music scene of the 1990s.
