Sóley Stefánsdóttir, known professionally as Sóley, is an Icelandic multi-instrumentalist, singer, and songwriter. She studied piano and composition at the Icelandic Art Academy and joined the indie-folk band Seabear in 2006. In 2010, she released her first solo EP, "Theater Island," followed by her debut album, "We Sink," in 2011. Her subsequent albums include "Ask the Deep" (2015), "Endless Summer" (2017), and "Mother Melancholia" (2021). Sóley is recognized for her delicate vocals and dreamlike atmosphere in music, blending elements of indie pop, folk, and electronic genres.
