Spiritbox is a Canadian heavy metal band from Victoria, British Columbia, formed in 2017 by guitarist Mike Stringer and vocalist Courtney LaPlante. Their music blends elements of metalcore, alternative metal, and progressive metal. Their debut album, "Eternal Blue" (2021), reached number 13 on the Billboard 200 chart. In 2023, they released the EP "The Fear of Fear," followed by their second studio album, "Tsunami Sea," in 2025. The band has collaborated with artists such as Illenium and Megan Thee Stallion.
