Stevie Ray Vaughan and his band Double Trouble were an American blues rock group formed in 1978 in Texas. Their debut album, "Texas Flood," released in 1983, reached number 38 on the Billboard 200 chart. This was followed by "Couldn't Stand the Weather" (1984), "Soul to Soul" (1985), and "In Step" (1989). Vaughan was known for his distinctive guitar style and contributed to the blues revival of the 1980s. He collaborated with artists such as David Bowie and Albert King.
