Stone Nomads is an American metal trio from Houston, Texas, formed in 2021. The band consists of Jon Cosky (guitar, vocals), Jude Sisk (bass, vocals), and Dwayne Crosby (drums). Their music blends elements of stoner, doom, and sludge metal, drawing inspiration from bands like Black Sabbath, Crowbar, and Candlemass. In 2022, they released their debut album "Fields of Doom," followed by the EP "Beyond the Gates" in 2024. The band has collaborated with Esben Willems of Monolord and Kyle Thomas of Exhorder and Trouble. Stone Nomads have performed alongside bands such as Khemmis, Spirit Adrift, and Elder at various festivals and tours across the USA.
