Symphony X is an American progressive metal band formed in 1994 in Middletown, New Jersey. The current lineup consists of guitarist Michael Romeo, keyboardist Michael Pinnella, vocalist Russell Allen, drummer Jason Rullo, and bassist Michael LePond. The band is known for blending progressive metal, power metal, and neoclassical elements.
