Talisman was a Swedish hard rock band formed in 1989 by bassist Marcel Jacob and vocalist Jeff Scott Soto. Their third studio album, "Humanimal," was released in two parts in 1994 and featured tracks like "Colour My XTC" and "Fabricated War." The band was known for its melodic metal style and collaborations with artists like Yngwie Malmsteen. Talisman disbanded in 2007 following the death of Marcel Jacob.
