Tam de Villiers is a British guitarist and composer born in 1979. He spent his childhood in South Africa, England, and Scotland. He began his musical journey at the age of four, playing the violin and later the piano. At fifteen, he took up the guitar, studying under Scottish saxophonist Tommy Smith. After earning a master's degree from Leeds College of Music in 2001, he moved to Paris, collaborating with musicians such as Marc Ducret, Stéphane Payen, and Fabrizio Cassol. He has released albums including "Alba Lux" (2007), "Motion Unfolding" (2011), and "Panacea" (2015).
