Tempest was a British progressive rock band formed in 1972 by drummer Jon Hiseman after the dissolution of his previous band, Colosseum. The group released two albums: "Tempest" (1973) and "Living in Fear" (1974). Their music blended elements of rock and folk with progressive influences. During their brief existence, the band underwent several lineup changes and ultimately disbanded in 1974.
