Tenhi is a Finnish neofolk band formed in 1996. Their music is characterized by a minimalist and dark style, combining acoustic guitar, bass, and drums with instruments like piano, violin, and flute. The lyrics are in Finnish and often explore themes of nature and introspection. Notable albums include "Kauan" (1999), "Väre" (2002), "Maaäet" (2006), and "Saivo" (2011). The band is also known for its visual art, created by member Tyko Saarikko. Tenhi is one of the oldest and most active groups on the Prophecy Productions label.
