The 7A3 was an American hip-hop group from Los Angeles, California, active between 1987 and 1992. The group consisted of brothers Brett and Sean Bouldin and DJ Muggs, who later gained greater fame with Cypress Hill. In 1988, they released their sole album, "Coolin' in Cali," under Geffen Records, which reached number 47 on the R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. Their track "Mad, Mad World" was featured on the "Colors" soundtrack, and their version of "Take You Back" appeared on the "Rocky V" soundtrack album.
