The Adventures are a Northern Irish rock/pop band formed in Belfast in 1984. Their debut album, "Theodore and Friends" (1985), included several minor hits, such as "Send My Heart." They achieved their greatest success with the 1988 album "The Sea of Love," featuring the single "Broken Land," which reached number 20 on the UK Singles Chart and became the most played song on BBC Radio 1 in 1988.
