The Almighty is a Scottish hard rock and heavy metal band formed in Glasgow in 1988. Original members Ricky Warwick, Stump Monroe, and Floyd London were school friends who previously played together in a local band called Rough Charm. Their debut album, "Blood, Fire & Love," was released in 1989 and recorded at Abbey Road Studios in London. The band was known for their unique blend of punk and metal, which was evident in their energetic live performances. Throughout their career, they released seven studio albums and underwent several breakups and reunions, with the most recent reunion announced in 2023.
