The Atomic Bitchwax is an American stoner rock band from New Jersey, formed in 1992 by bassist and vocalist Chris Kosnik, guitarist Ed Mundell, and drummer Keith Ackerman. Their music blends elements of 1960s psychedelic rock and 1970s riff rock with modern progressive rock. They released their debut album, "The Atomic Bitchwax," in 1999 under Tee Pee Records. In 2011, they released "The Local Fuzz," an album featuring a single 42-minute track composed of 50 consecutive riffs.
