The Collins Kids were an American rockabilly duo consisting of siblings Lorrie and Larry Collins. In 1955, they signed with Columbia Records and became regular performers on television shows such as "Town Hall Party" and "Tex Ritter's Ranch Party". Their most notable songs include "Hop, Skip and Jump", "Beetle Bug Bop", and "Hoy Hoy". Larry was renowned for playing a double-neck Mosrite guitar, introduced to him by his mentor Joe Maphis. Throughout their career, they collaborated with prominent artists like Johnny Cash and Ricky Nelson. Their music remains a significant part of the rockabilly genre.
