The Dorsey Brothers Orchestra was an American jazz band led by brothers Tommy and Jimmy Dorsey. Active from 1928 to 1935, they recorded for labels such as OKeh, Melotone, Columbia, Brunswick, and Decca. Their major hits included "Lullaby of Broadway" and "Chasing Shadows". The band featured notable musicians like Glenn Miller, Bing Crosby, and Jack Teagarden. After their split in 1935, both brothers pursued successful solo careers.
