The Dream Machine is a British indie rock band from New Brighton, Merseyside, formed in 2021. The group is led by vocalist and multi-instrumentalist Zak McDonnell, son of David McDonnell from The Sand Band. Their debut EP, 'Vol. 1: Sacraments', was released in 2021, followed by 'On the Water' and 'Vol. 3: Pooch Slingers' Wild Round-Up!'. Their debut album, 'Thank God! It's the Dream Machine...', was recorded in 2021 and released in 2023. In 2024, they released the album 'Small Town Monsters'.
