Led by singer-songwriter Sean O'Hagan, formerly of Microdisney, their music is often compared to the Beach Boys, drawing influences from bossa nova and European film soundtracks. Notable albums include "Gideon Gaye" (1994), "Hawaii" (1996), and "Cold and Bouncy" (1998). In 2024, they released "Hey Panda," incorporating elements of R&B and trap, featuring vocalist Rae Morris.
