The Lemonheads are an American alternative rock band formed in Boston in 1986 by Evan Dando, Ben Deily, and Jesse Peretz. The band gained international recognition with their 1992 album "It's a Shame About Ray," which included the title track and a cover of Simon & Garfunkel's "Mrs. Robinson." Their follow-up album, "Come on Feel the Lemonheads" (1993), featured the hit "Into Your Arms." In 1996, they released "Car Button Cloth." After a hiatus from 1998 to 2004, the band reunited and continued recording and performing. Their musical style encompasses alternative rock, pop-punk, and jangle pop.
