The Living End is an Australian punk rock band from Melbourne, formed in 1994. The band consists of Chris Cheney (vocals, guitar), Scott Owen (double bass, vocals), and Andy Strachan (drums). Their debut album, "The Living End" (1998), reached number one on the Australian ARIA Albums Chart and achieved four-times platinum certification. Notable tracks include "Prisoner of Society" and "Second Solution". The band has won several ARIA Awards, including "Best Rock Album" for "White Noise" (2008) and "The Ending Is Just the Beginning Repeating" (2011).
