The London Orion Orchestra is a British chamber orchestra based in London, known for its innovative interpretations of classical and contemporary works. In 2016, they released the album 'Pink Floyd's Wish You Were Here Symphonic', recorded at Abbey Road Studios, featuring symphonic arrangements of Pink Floyd's songs. The album includes guest performances by artists such as Alice Cooper (vocals), Rick Wakeman (keyboards), and members of Australian Pink Floyd on guitars. The orchestra was conducted by Peter Scholes. This project was released to commemorate the 40th anniversary of Pink Floyd's original 'Wish You Were Here' album.
