The Love Language is an American indie rock band from Raleigh, North Carolina, led by Stuart McLamb. The band formed in 2008 after the breakup of McLamb's previous band, The Capulets. Their debut album, "The Love Language," was released in 2009 under Bladen County Records. They subsequently signed with Merge Records and released "Libraries" (2010), "Ruby Red" (2013), and "Baby Grand" (2018). Their music blends elements of indie rock, lo-fi, and pop. Throughout their career, they have collaborated with bands such as The Rosebuds and Harlem Shakes.
